Tasman AI Limited is a New Zealand registered company with engineers working across multiple time zones. The chart is a metaphor we take seriously: you cannot fix what you have not measured.
Most businesses we meet are not short of software. They have a job management tool, an accounting system, a phone, and a website form. What they are short of is anything that reliably happens in the gap between an enquiry arriving and someone remembering to follow it up.
That gap is where the money goes, and it is almost always bigger than the owner thinks. Our work is to measure it honestly, build the system that closes it, and then stay responsible for that system continuing to work.
We are engineers rather than a marketing agency with an AI page. That distinction shows up in unglamorous places: error handling, alerting, kill switches, baselines, and a monthly report that tells you what actually happened rather than what we hoped would.

Four things we actually believe.

Name the leak, not the technology
Nobody wakes up wanting an automation. They wake up annoyed that three quotes went unanswered. Every system we build is named after the thing it stops losing.

The build is the small part
Getting a workflow working once is thirty percent of the job. The rest is that it keeps running, someone notices when it breaks, and it stays legal.

Measure before, or don’t claim after
We record baselines before go-live. Without them, any number we quote you afterwards is marketing rather than evidence.

Say the unprofitable thing
If the honest answer is that your leak is too small to be worth our fee, that is what you will hear on the call.
