Bring your numbers. We'll tell you what they're worth.

No deck, no discovery theatre. A short call where we work out together whether there's enough leaking to be worth fixing — and say so plainly if there isn't.

Run the survey.

Five questions, one at a time. We reply with a plain read on what looks recoverable — whether or not there is a job in it for us.

The passage plan

  1. Call

    A short call

You tell us how enquiries reach you and what happens when nobody answers. We ask the questions that expose where the money goes.

  2. Survey

    We sound your numbers

Against your real data — call logs, your job tool, your ledger. You get an honest figure for what each leak is costing, whether or not you hire us.

  3. Chart

    One recommendation, one price

Presented live, never emailed cold. What we would build, in what order, what it should recover, and what we need from you.

  4. Passage

    Build, embed, run

Engineers build it and an FDE embeds to run it. Human-in-the-loop first, then unattended once it has earned it, with monitoring and a monthly report.

Three ways engagements usually run.

Scope and price are set against what your leak is actually worth, and we'll talk about both openly on the call rather than publishing a menu.

  • Eng

    Install an engine

One system — missed calls, quote follow-up, or reviews — built into your existing tools, tested, documented, monitored, and reported on monthly.

  • Sys

    Build the full system

Several engines wired together so an enquiry flows from first contact through follow-up to review without a manual handoff anywhere.

  • FDE

    Embed an engineer

A forward deployed engineer joins your team for the engagement — remote by default, onsite if you want them in the building.

Questions

Why isn't there a pricing page?
Because a price only means something once we know what your leak is worth. We'll talk about numbers openly on the first call — we'd just rather not publish a menu that invites you to compare line items instead of outcomes.
Can an engineer actually come and work from our office?
Yes. Remote-embedded is the standard arrangement and how most engagements run, but onsite is available for part or all of an engagement. You choose which, and we'll be straight with you about when onsite genuinely earns its cost and when it doesn't.
What happens when something breaks?
Every workflow we ship has error handling and alerting, and we monitor them centrally. The intent is that we find the failure and tell you, rather than you discovering it from an angry customer.
Do we need to change the software we already use?
Almost never. We build into your existing job management tool, CRM, and accounting system. If we ever think a tool genuinely has to change, that's a conversation, not a surprise in an invoice.
